The developers behind CORTE, the new collection of LIC condos for sale from Planet Partners and CBSK Ironstate, eschewed the traditional high-rise structure in favor of a design inspired by the low-lying architecture of Buenos Aires. The result is an eight-story-tall, 250-foot-wide glassy building with spectacular Manhattan skyline views and a bevy of private and public outdoor spaces. Glass terraces with panoramic views and a landscaped rooftop complete with grills and bocce ball are the highlights of this new development. Residents will enjoy high ceilings and high-end appliances, including a washer and dryer in their homes, and the building is tantalizingly close to cultural hot spots like MoMA PS1 and the Chocolate Factory Theater.
