The Court Square Blog is keeping up with construction at CORTE, where the glass facade is steadily climbing skyward as the building nears completion. Beyer Blinder Belle teamed up with Argentinian firm Dieguez Fridman Arquitectos & Asociados to design these Long Island City condos, which are inspired by the low-lying residential architecture of Buenos Aires. When complete, the 85 residences at CORTE will feature floor-to-ceiling windows with Manhattan skyline views, spacious modern kitchens with handcrafted cabinetry, and beautiful tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers. Residents will have access to a suite of amenities that focuses on outdoor space, including a residents’ lounge and fitness center arranged around a central landscaped courtyard.
